UPDATE on my ZZ

I know this probably would go in the FH section but since this gets more traffic and it's general encompassing all I figured I would post here. I got my male ZZ flowerhorn for $100 about a little over a month and a half ago I figured since he has changed drastically from the first day I bought him it was time for another update.
This is when I first got him day one

And after a little over a month and a half with a varied diet and a mirror 2-3 minutes twice a day here he is

I know now it's not nearly a $100 flowerhorn but I like this FH

I'd say he's worth every penny. If the red or the blue pearls start to "pop", He'll be fantastic.

Yeah he has been becoming brighter and his pearls show more and more due to his diet.
I regularly feed him Grand sumo red as a staple, hikari bio gold as a add in,freeze dried krill,frozen bloodworms,cut up market shrimp,nightcrawlers, gut loaded mealworms,crickets, and lots more so he should color up nicely
