Wow your male looks just as red as your female based on that first photo! I've never actually seen that before to tell you the truth. Good stuff.

Yes the male has a split dorsal due to the females aggression when they were younger... he recovered from all other injuries the dorsal never conected back together.. Ill try and post better pics.. these were with my phone...
