This is an update to my last stocking question. The Convict and Jewel did not get along, after about 2 weeks, took the Jewel back to the LFS. The Tiger Barbs are doing very well, they seem to swim fast enough to stay out of the way. While at the LFS I added a Firemouth and 1 more Convict. So far everybody is getting along, the Firemouth and the original Convict had a dispute over territory that lasted a day. Nobody was hurt in the dispute, they just seemed to have chased each other around the rocks and pots. The two Convicts get along fine. While I was away, my wife and kids went to Pet Smart, the purchased 2 Bumblebee Cichlids, kids thought they were very colorful. My wife was told they would only get to be 4 to 4.5 inch and should get along with the other fish. So far, everyone is getting long a great. The Firemouth is the Alfa fish in the tank, he is the biggest, the convict I think will give him a run for his money when the convict gets bigger.
Do you thinks my tank is over stocked with 2 convicts, 2 bumblebbe cichlids, 1 firemouth, and 2 tiger barbs?
