Might be just the tint, Or its that peice of d/w leaching into the water.

Well I think its the water because when I take out water it is that color....

Its the driftwood then. Try taking it out and boiling it like end by end. Or soak it in really hot water for a couple days and make sure you change the water to keep it hot.

if it's the driftwood, then it'll go away sooner or later with water changes.

if it's free floating algae, then the best way (I've used) is to stop feeding, turn off the lights and do more water changes.
