Well there have been a lot of changes with both fish and aquascaping. I recently got 3 pieces of the crappy BA's driftwood and 1 nice piece of some other wood, which is part of my current center piece.
well since they didnt match I took the BA's wood out and got more wood to match the center piece, and some rocks as well.
When I made my dual returns for my FX5, the original idea was to use it has a intake so I through my FX5 intake out (idiot!!
). So I lost a couple of small fish so I switched it over to dual returns which has worked out great, but I have been using the strainers off a spare AC110.
Which brings me to my most recent mod, using a Eheim 2260 tube and strainer. I also picked up another new toy a Hydor Koralia 4 which is pretty sweet and really improved the current in the 220.
Anyways enough of the typing and onto the pics, I hope you enjoy. Also since the wood is still pretty new the water is a little brow still.
I intended the stainer to stick out like that so it can pick up more stuff.
