Hi All,
i've been very quiet of late, keeping to myself and focusing on growing out what I had before adding to my current collection. Well, it's been a while but I thought I'd throw a small update up to show you that everyone is happy and healthy still and still living together without issue;
Gold Wolf- the pair are still healthy and happy in the main tank, my largest is now pushing 14" though is very slender so doesn't appear quite as large. I also have another growing out who is now about 7" and not far off of going into the big tank. At the moment, it's probably still just a touch too small and would be a snack for the Bass and Black
Brycon Hilarii. I'd love more of these. My one is pushing about 18-19" now and is very active and as dogged as a Dorado, without the ferociousness!
Not strictly a Characin but one of the main characters is my Mono Bass. Incredibly interactive and great fun. Again, probably 18-19".
A partial tank shot of everyone waiting for some food. That's the smaller Gold wolf in view which is probably 10". Second photo is of the larger Gold Wolf and you can just see the male Geophagus Brasiliensis in the back ground who is a very solid 12-13".
And finally the Wolf. He/she has taken ages to get put on just 2" but is now a healthy 17-18" and still runs the tank.
