UPDATE TO BREIDOHRI BREEDING PAIR

Here's an update to previous thread:

Pics below is a week after seperating the pair due to aggression on each other after removing the frys to a breeding tank. They are no longer in breeding dress color. Pics were taken 07/23/11, fry's were taken 07/25/11.

BRUISER 8-9"

BREE 5-6"

FRY'S 1/4" - 1/2"

I just told my wife that I wont get anymore fish, but then I saw this thread and now I have to tell her that I changed my mine. Those guys look amazing! How long did it take for that males head to protrude like it does? beautiful!

I don't see that at all--look to be extremely healthy to me.

I understand exactly where you coming from, lets just hope the wifey does...lol. I bought this guy at around 5" and it already had a forehead but it started to show more and more from 6" on.
