heres some pics of the fish that would cooperate.
male hogaboomorum. my best subject who is quickly turning into a beast. about 8" and getting thick and his nuchal hump is coming in nicely. this guy runs my 240
heres a male (think so) red devil at about 6". this guy is turning a very deep orange almost similar to dark orange wild labiatus pictures ive seen so im pretty excited to see him progress as he grows. wish i had a better camera to better capture his color
next is my male lyonsi. ive raised this guy from about 2" and is now about 7" and has really started to look great.
heres my trio of zonatus all about 5.5-6" and the blues are really starting to come out. two have started to grow a slight nuchal hump and are built much thicker than the other one which has the nicest color but a slimmer build to it with longer fins. still have no idea when it comes to sex
and last but certainly not least is my 8" male devil. hes solo in a 75. have a female that he didnt play nice with that is currently removed but ill try to pair them up agian soon. really love this guys colors and is a prototypical amphilophus when it comes to personality. this fish is gonna be a show stopper at 12"
