well i had some free time a few days ago, i love snowdays haha escially when i get paid for them, so i decided to take some pics of my stuff haha.
first off.. the rhino iguana. she is turning into a nice looking speicimen if i do say so my self! she is hitting a few big mile stones, well i consider them big anyway. i can now reach into the enclosure and "pet her" and she wont run away, she has also climbed onto my hand a few times to be picked up. and she will also eat from my hands regularly now. while these dont seem like big mile stones i would also like to point out that i really limit my handling of her, which was suggested by the breeder to help her become a little tamer. i was real skeptical about it as its the opposite of what is ussually done. but its working amazingly!

here are a few of the old man! hes still going strong and he is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. my girlfriends mom is in love with him! everytime she stops by the apartment she always goes in and says high. she will stroke the back of his neck(right under his crest), she has also hand fed him a bananna a few times! big steps for someone who was never around reptiles. the girlfriend on the other hand has only pet my old bearded dragon(who saddly passed on a month ago)
and the newest addition to the clan Layla(yes the Clapton song, what can i say he is god) little bit of a story behind that. she is a 7 month old Boxer/Lab mix we adopted from the local shelter over Labor Day weekend! she is a great dog. best i have owned. very obidient, fast learner, stays at my side even off the leash, never barks. couldnt of asked for a better dog!
