updated pics of my URO!!!

well its about 3"+. and starting to fight with my GT. the bars a alot darker in the morning. sorry for the crappy pics, its only my camera phone. wish my camera was better, this is one of the first times it stayed still, and let me take pics of both sides . im thinking is a female, any other opinions?

Look at the Tail Spot!

Its not a Festae. Its a Uro, but it might be a Hybred of both with mostly Uro in it. Uros "false red terrors" have a full tail spot like what you have on you fish but Uros are dull brown in color which makes me think you have a Hybred of the two or a Uro with something else crossed in it. Pretty fish. If you look at some pics of Uros you will see they are a dull dirty brown color most of the time. I have seen one or two pics of some that have been light orange in color when larger but most stay a mud brown.

Definately a URO. Eye spot is too large for a red terror.

This is my male Festae.Uro's have a larger eye spot on the tail usually going beneath the lateral line and don't have the Y bar behind the gill plate that is completely joined.Hope this helps.Seems everyone is asking about this lately.
