Just posting some updated photos. Before we start, cameras not the greatest and neither is my ability to use it.:)
Photos of the Trom don't do her justice, her stomach is much redder than it appears in pics.

Looking awesome bro!! LOVING the Rio Trombetas female!! That johanna is trying to steal the spot light though, GORGEOUS!!! All female tank, thats HAWT!!!

Your Rio Tapajos marms are looking spectcalar as well! Man you make me jealous!! :D Nothing better than Lugubris pikes!! :D

Forgot to mention that I forgot to breathe when I opened the thread! Just took my breath away! Awesome pikes bro!! SUPERLATIVE photos as well!

Definately an awesome fish/tank bro!! Jealous am I! I am really going to have to stop by your place whenever I come to visit my parents. Just set me up a pallet infront of their tank and I'll 'sleep' right there.

BTW...copied your post and put it in the Photo Shoot also...just had to! They are way too awesome to get lost in the clutter of threads.

very nice marble...good pictures also..thanks for sharing. what type is the 4th picture...johanna?

Yes, its a female johanna. Looks like the 'rainbow' variant as well. Johannas don't get enough credit, they are AWESOME pikes. Some of the best looking Lugubris are actually johanna.....

Thanks everyone, I am jacked about them also especially the Trombeta, Ive told the story before with her. I had a chance to get quite a few of them and being the idiot I am, well you can figure the rest out......:(
First rule of piking.... Always purchase at least a small group.

I am also getting pumped over the Tapajos, as you can see they are developing red in the caudal area and around the operculum, so I am hoping that they turn out to be the more colorful variant.:)

Almost got rid of the Jo and the X1, glad I didn't. X1 is kind of knucklehead
but I have gotten attached to her. Thought it was a male until about 5 weeks ago.

Hey Jer, Hopefully by the time you come up this way, I'll have my new fishroom setup. The oldest boy moved out (YeahYa) so I am now taking over his room in the basement (20' x 15'). All mine and me fishies:D

Also, I always like to throw in a group pic to show it can be done. :)

The trombetas is absolutly gorgeous. Nice pics.
