Updated Pics of the 150 Gallon

Did a major change up on the plants and went higher on my light. Added two LED Fixtures and moved to Dry Ferts given the new plant selection. Gone are all the swords and Anubias. All were replaced with various stem plants.

Fish remain the same with the addition of 3 Apistogramma Panduro, 1 Apistogramma Honsgloi, 3 Farlowella cats, and 5 American Flag fish for Algae.

- 2 Rio Nanay Angelfish
- 3 Manacapuru Angelfish
- 3 Festivums
- 6 Blue Rams
- 3 Bolivian Rams
- 3 Apistogramma Panduro
- 1 Apistogramma Honsloi
- 3 Laetacara Curviceps
- 4 Crenicichla Regani (3F/ 1M)
- 4 Crenicichla Compressiceps
- 9 HY511 Tetras
- 10 Otocinclus
- 3 Farlowella Cats
- 4 Nerite Snails.
- 6 Amano Shrimp
- 5 American Flag Fish

Plants:
- Rotala Indica "COlorata"
- Rotala "Green"
- Ludwigia Repens
- Ludwigia Cuba
- Limnophilla Aromatica "Hippuroides"
- Pogostemon Stellatus
- Staurygone Repens
- Blyxa Japonica
- Heteranthera Zosterifolia
- Susnset Hygro
- Hygro Angustifolia
- Anubias Nana Petite
- Narrow Leaf Java Fern
- Bacopa "Japan"

Dosing is done EI, Water Temps at 81F, and Substrate being PFS with Laterite underneath. Lights are on 10.5 hours daily with CO2 running 24/7.

That tank is absolutely amazing. Great work. I could never get my plants to live for very long. All that cover must allow for that stock list. In my tank, even 3/4 of that would see quite a bit of hostile territory disputes. Again, great work. :)

Thanks Mythic. The cover definately helps in allowing me to keep that mix and that number of cichlids. I still have my angels who literally hate each other and the festivums.

The dwarves usually leave eachother alone but my honsgloi male definately lets all the other cichlids know whos boss. He owns the tank even over the angels and the dwarf pikes.

I will probably have to thin out the festivums as the angels grow. May just end up with a pair or a trio when all is said and done.
 
Totally awesome looking great. Its tanks like these that are pushing me over to the green side! One day.......
