Here they are again....I measured the biggest one today, he is 2" including the tail fin. I have 14 of them....I plan to keep a male and female

What do you think of their progress?

nice! as a fellow breeder what is ur cull selection on? i have recently trying to cull for kok, but it seems im not the best predicter, so i have been going by the pearliest rule. do u go for round forehead, size, slanted heaD, finnage, or pearlyness when they are small? was just wondering cause i have been jus going on colors and pearls with fins
 
I have been going with the flowerlines so far. At this point I will wait until they are about 3" and see how their color is looking and their potential pearls. I won;t be able to tell their finnage potential until they are quite a bit bigger. I'm not a huge fan of massive kok, at the size they are now that wouldn't bea factor in my decision.

I know what I like in a zz and pretty much go on that

at this size its immpossible to tell potential so this guy is just a hater. from all the pearls and red fins it seems ur doing good so far!
