The female has grown about an inch more along with the male. His claspers are full length which is crazy for only being 12 inches. I watched him try to flip the female for 5 minutes today while she was trying to stab him in the head. Who knows, maybe jags mature at a smaller size than other castexi.

sweet man, they are looking great. They must not get as big as some thing if maturing at that size.

Put me down for a pup :)

It sure would be sweet if it did happen. I know she is around 3 years old and he is about 2.5 years old. This is just guessing on how big they were and the date they were imported.

You can spin it around and say the P14 is the Rich mans Jaguar LOL!

Finally this is the update I've been waiting for. I love your pair. I'd be down for a pup too.

Looking Great, hope he gets her.

Fantastic, I hope it all pans out in a good way. I sure like the fact that they are mature at such a small size compared to other castexi's. My big female oto has been eating over half her normal amount of food now that she's pregnant (around 2.5-3 pounds of shrimp a day, oh and of last night 3 8" clown loaches) so with the smaller size everything should be alot cheaper and I'm sure you will have no problems finding buyers from such a great pair.
