Upgrade to Fluval 405!

I recently bought a fluval 405 and i was wondering how long i should run my current filters along with the 405? I have 2 imagine 75 bio's in my tank would it be safe to take 1 out when i hook up the 405? What is some good media i should run in the 405? I have a 75gal.

Did it come with the fluval bio rings? If so, use those and the sponges. I use the 405 and a emperor 400 on my 90.

it comes in the mail tomorrow and it comes with 3x carbon 2x foam and bio carbon i just bought some polishing pads and some pre-filter just wondering if there is anything else i could use for media that is good for my tank

ceramic rings...but the ones for biological filtration....and maybe ssome scrubbies...if no limit on price eheim efisubstarte pro
