i am seriously thinking about buying this tank with the fx5s, i posted it here as it will be an upgrade for my cichlids, just wondered if you thought it was a good deal, i was thinking of offering 650 and keeping my fingers crossed, would you buy it for the full price or do you think 650 is about right, be aware that large tanks are more expensive here in the UK

I was thinking 650 for the lot bar the fish would be a good deal for me and the seller, he has the tank up at 550 anyway, did you think 650 for the lot was a fair price?

Not sure how much 650 is in American dollars, but a set up like that here in the States would easily go for $1200 (everything) if not more. That is a 300 gal tank with all that equipment, Id pay 1000 for it today.

650 is just over 1000 dollars , he wants 750, i think i will offer 650 and see, i dont think stand is included though, so i wull have to build one!

Too big for me as well really lol! I will either have to keep it in the garage till i get a bigger place! Or persuade the girlfried that it will look really nice in her lounge, and she can choose her "nice" fish to go in the current tank...... I am sure 200 neons will look loverly!

jesus I am so glad I don´t live in England anymore, its almost impossible to get a good deal on tanks. HOWEVER, judging by the size of that tank I would say that its a really good deal.

think about it, a tank that large would have to be custom made, meaning it would cost you a tonne, so yeah I say go for it. and wow its close to where I used to live!
