Trying to feel better about the tragedy of my 90g added another FX5.

looks good although just throwing this out there bioballs don't have nearly enough surface area to be effective in canisters your better off with a canister media like seachm matrix or ehiem efisubstrat


although you said you will have 3 fx5's ? with that many i dotnt think it would matter what you put in

The entire canister filter is primarily filled with Bio Ball, however I do have some Rena Bio Stars and some Fluval Bio Max in there as well. But great advice.

^^^yes they are, I got only Bio-max in my filters and they get the job done

ya,that is a better deal. its alway good when u can save some money n this hobby.
