I'm about to upgrade my 10 gal tank to a 55 gal...

do I have to cycle my tank again? or should i put all of the things inside my 10 gal tank to my new 55gal?

What can I do?

Well as long as you aren't increasing the bio load when you make the switch moving over the filter should definitely speed up the cycle, if not completely cycle it. Just keep an eye on the water parameters, but if you use the same filter it should cycle quickly/instantly

Thanks man... I also plan on changing my substrate from fine sand to black quarts sand...

^AGREE^
Even if you do add to the bio-load, you are ahead of the game with established media. If you do add, do it slowly, also adding media.

A lot of BB are in the gravel or sand so be aware of that. You'll obviously want to put an additional, larger filter on there to handle the larger tank but switching the old filter to the new tank will help a huge amount. You can also take a bit of the old filter media (like one of the sponges) and load it into the new filter to speed it's cycle up.
