Uploading pics

Hi All

Im new to the forum and im really struggling to work out how to upload my pics to a post......i have uploaded some in the members gallery but thats as far as i can go.....i dont know how to get them to my galllery...I have read the info on how....but i still cant understand it....Please some help would be really appreciated......

If you take a look at your gallery, you can see some codes on the bottom of it. Use the middle one and you'll be able to link it to just about anywhere.
