UPS for tanks

Anyone have experince using a UPS for fish tanks. Im thinking about buying A few for my tanks. They only use 12-50 watts an hour so a 600watt unit should run a whole tank for atleast 12 hours right?

Depends on what you keep, the typical lfs stock will be fine for a couple of days without power.

I have had to pull them off my computer to keep the pumps running before.

What size tanks, how many, what is the room and tank temp?

Not in my experience but there are a lot of factors here. Temp and stocking being the biggest.
