I have seen that before it's really cool.
 
thats pretty awesome i dont know if i would want it though what if a pump or something broke( it wouldnt be a pretty sight no more)
 
That is a really sweet tank...I wish I could set up something like that...alas too many kitties in the house for that. >^..^<
 
Those bottomless tanks are cool.
 
No, there are no pumps running to keep it that way. It's just like a cat's water tower.
 
the top is also open, i cant explain how it works exactly but basically as long as the top tower stays under the level of the low tanks water it will be fine :) just like putting a cup underwater and turning it upside down and the waters still in there same concept larger scale:)
 
It's simple physics. Atmospheric pressure pushes in on the water.

Or you could just use the cup thing. Some people don't understand that kind of stuff...
