upto what size can a TSN or RTC reach if will be kept in a 400g pond?or is it that tank/pond size will not even matter to stop the growth of these monster fish?

Water quality and variety of diet affects the growth more than anything. It's a matter of providing a quality living environment for your fish to be happy in. 400g is too small for a 36" RTC or bigger!!
A tsn is not for a 400g pond
as the fish gets to 3' within 3 years or so, depending on how u have been keeping the fish
my cats look big for my current 2000g pond
the problem is these fish don't stop growing, they keep growing and eating and once water params are not holding good for them their metabolisms don't work that well and they either stop eating or start regurgitating what they have eaten
