Looks like Hexanematichthys seemanni to me.

Well it could be a betta splendens after a sex change and steroid addiction, but I'm pretty sure it's whats known in the trade here in the UK as a Shark cat or Aluminum shark cat. An asian brackish species.

Yep common sliver tip shark needs more and more salt in its diet as it grows as an adult it need high end brackish conditions and will even do fine in full marine conditions
