URGENT: does american olean tile have anything that may kill fish

I bought this tile today for a stingray that's being shipped tomorrow and I don't want it and everything else in the tank to die.

No it should be fine. Next time look for a porcelain tile. If the back of the tile is a reddish color, it may leach into the water. Doubt it would cause any problems as it's mostly clay, but could be ugly

It is possible the tiles have a glaze that could cause problems. I would not take a chance until I was certain it is ok. I suggest you call the company. The phone number on their website is 1-888-AOT-TILE.
