URGENT HEALTH ISSUE

I was looking atmy 8" RTGG (Giant gourami) and i noticed that his lower lip was hanging off presumable from mouth locking with my 5" GG so i quickly moved him into another tank. Will his lip heal? And will h grow a new one and be able to eat and Live? Thanks!

He seems fine active and hungry as ever, the skin has fallen off and ive treated it with acorfavin (spelling) i know its a pond based treatment but ive used it on a texas cichlid before and had good results. I'll keep you posted.

I would quarntine the fish for up to 8 weeks.
