urgent help! fire eel acting weird

fire eel is 13 inch plus, healthy as far as i can see, eating lots and stuff.
i woke up and just saw it twitching, and doing 'death rolls' around the tank, and as if having a seizure!!
what happened here?>

a red aro and ababy clown knife fish. all fish are relatively small.

Have you treated for ick? Fire eels do not do well with ick medicine.

water is fine, i tested it
CK are usually sensitive to bad water so you would see that first.
tested water, it is fine. the filtration is huge!
i changed water anyways.

i would do another water change...

Is he eating? try some earthworms, see if he will eat.

no, not eating, it only started this morning
last night he ate and he was fine, and normal

well i have just done a water change 20 mins ago
see how i go
he aint looking good.

I had a small one that twitched a lot, he ended up dying with a swollen stomach and you could see the blood in his veins where it was swollen. It was a bacteria infection.

could the pleco have attacked it?
