I've been using my drilled 135g Oceanic without wet/dry. This evening, I found out that the bottom of the overflow box is leaking! I need to plumb this tank ASAP but don't really know how to set this up.

Can someone kindly visit the following site and let me know what fitting/plumbing items I need for my setup? The tank is drilled with two holes on each side, 1.75" and 1.5" respecdtively. Please send me the links to the needed items or post them here.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

sorry but i don't quite understand.. the tank has a built in overflow or a drilled drain on the top portion. usually you would need to plug it and seal it using a pvc cement. if the bulkhead is the one leaking them you need to buy a new one and replace it, plug it first with a pvc cap (that fits the bulkhead) before installing it. :) pictures would be nice.

what do you have in there atm? where is it leaking from?

from what I can make out,

You have a tank with a weir and 2 holes, you have not used the weir and now you want to use it to run water to a sump, are you looking for the pipes/fittings that you need to get the tank flowing?

YES. I just don't know what kind of fittings I need to order. Water is leaking at the bottom of the overflow where the plastic is siliconed with the glass.

For hole going though the galss use bulkhead gromets, they will fit through teh hole and have a rubber o-ring that goes on the water side and a nut that goes on the out side.

You shoudn't need silicon on this fitting but use pipe glue for your piping, the glue is specific for: ABS( black pipe), PVC (White pipe), and there is another glue for mixing the two different pipes. Hope this helps.

These are all I need? petsolutions.com lists these as "replacement bulkheads." Do they come with the nuts too?

that's why i don't use silicone in my bulkheads. some people say use it but i don't agree due to the reason if the silicon wears off it would be very difficult to take it off specially with a built in overflow.. space is too limitted. and besides you really don't need any silicone since it has the rubber/plastic gasket.:) try to take the silicone off as clean as possible and as careful as possible. then replace it with a new bulkhead but don't apply silicone.:)
