hi
in last week i have a problem in my tank
i got 5 dead from a disease
it apear that the pleco jave white spot on is body & the skin look like its been eaten
can some know what disease is ?? does someone know what is the best treatment??
someone ofer me to use "formalin" or "furan2"

That thing looks to have multiple issues. id say bacteria and cloud eye to start. That water must have not been changed regularly. Must do a wc at least 1x per week, keep the water clean, as for meds Idk, I've never had to use them..

Its not a water problem, all of the parameters are fine
I do WC in same way over 2 years, replacing40% water every friday
The only thing i did is to clean ( in same way like every time) one of my filters( 3 weeks ago)
Its look like somekind of parasite...

I had a problem like that years ago. Then I put u.v. Sterilizer on my tank and it fixed the problem. So i was thinking it was some kind of parasite. So now everyone of my tanks have u.v. on them I love those things. I would get one of them and put on your tank cause chances are that will spread to your other plecos, that is what happened to mine. I am not a fan of dumping tons of medication into a tank when you can eliminate it naturally. Good luck
