URGENT HELP silver dollars sick ?

I have noticed the top lip of 3 of my 8 spotted silver dollars have like a white lip that look cottony

A - WHAT IS THIS

B - RECOMMENDED MEDICATION

Looks and sounds like fungus from your cotton description. Tbh I haven't treated any fish in years with other than salt.

Try api fungus cure. Odd it’s In all 3 fish. How many days has it been like this? Keep the water clean and add salt, 1 tsp per g. Update as it goes.

It's just on top lip, not bottom and the skin is flakes, cottony

Could from rubbing on glass and got some fungus on it. Would just try water changes and salt. If u can get api fungus cure then it should help it to get better quick.
