Urgent polypterus attacked my new ray!?

Ok so I bought a hysterix stingray and after I put him in the polypterus 1 of 3 latched on to his disc and it scared me, he did bleed a little. I removed all 3 polypterus in fear of the death of my ray and I also removed my albino oscar cause he kept becoming curious with the ray. So right now it's him with an RTC and a silver Arowana and a common Pleco and a dojo loach and a tire track eel are these good tank mates for him any tips would help too thnx

Ok will do thnx guys I heard tht the Pleco will give em hickeys but could it harm them?

The suck wounds could get infected.The curious Oscar sounds normal but it should lose interest in the rays,I haven't kept many polys and what I did have never bothered anything else so the issue with yours is news to me.

yes, very weird my buddy has a Polypterus with his tea cup, Maybe Polys and hystrix rays just have hatred towards one another naturally.
