URGENT Red Terror Help Needed !!!

Yesterday While I Was Feeding My Red Terror I Noticed Some Red Short Worms By His Anus. What Is This Called And How Can I Treat It?

I dont see anything. He does look a little skinny though.
What are your water params? Does he have any tankmates?

I de worm all new fish for two treatments, and all my fish yearly. Metro and prazipro should always be on hand. I'll second that he looks thin. If you're feeding enough (don't overfeed!) Then worms would be likely.
