Urgent shark egg help needed

Hey guys, I've been on here long enough to know that posting things in the wrong forum is very frowned upon, but I simply can't afford to wait hours for an answer in the Sharks/Rays forum that no one ever visits. So, bare with me.

Here is the thread I have up right now and I'm extremely concerned about the embyro that has not moved all day and is turning fairly pale. Can anyone help me out?

I don't know a thing about rays are sharks but in my experience with fw and 1 small sw WCs help a lOT... My O had bad columnaris and I thought it would die and after it was looking much better nand I added meds and it fully recovered...
