Urgent - Tiger Shovel nose belly bloated

I have fed my tiger shovel nose 5days back, wen i tried to feed him.... i noticed that his belly bloated like alrdy had a feed.... but its been 5days i dint fed him.... no insects and external objects can fall in the tank...... i think its filled with air..... 15 cms tiger shovel nose..... i dono what to do.... kindly help me out.... i need to save him

What did you feed him and how much did you feed?

last time i fed him chicken liver, sometimes earthworm .... only little quantity.....

I'd recommend some epsom salt.. try 1 tablespoon per 5gallons. Make shure his/her water is clean.
