My aplha male frontosa is attacking my new adult buttcafuri... (dont know how to spell the name sorry) there in a 100 gallon with plenty of hides. but he only goes after him i have two peacock bass in there to. What do i do i have no other tanks! I took the buttcafuri off my friends hand cause he was too big for his 75 gallon. MY frontosa is half his size and the butt. is just letting him attack him.

thanks bigfish

either let them settle the match or pick the one you like the least and chuck him

That's how it works with these fish..

Either you let them duel it out and see if it calms down, or you weed out the ones who won't last or who terrorize everyone.

One thing you can try is to rearrange the contents of your tank right before you add a fish. Sometimes the current inhabitants will be too worried about staking out new territory to pay too much attention to the new addition.
