Hey guys. I just thought I'd post some updated pictures of my 120 gallon aquarium. All of its inhabitants can be found in (or at least close to) Uruguay. I just added a new pair of crenicichla, and I feel the stocklist is pretty much complete. I've still got quite a bit of aquascaping to do. Aside from the pikes, I've got some Gymnogeophagus, cory cats, and red eye tetras. Oh yeah, many thanks to Ken at fishfarm for the awesome pair of pikes. He always provides top-notch packaging and beautiful, healthy fish. Here are the pictures:

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Not worried about the red eye tetras getting eaten?

Not really. None of my fish are equipped to be piscivores. They all have very tiny mouths, meant for sifting sand, or in the minuano's case, eating insect larvae. On top of that, they are not aggressive. They simply leave the smaller tetras, balzanis, and cory cats alone.

That tank is awesome. These are from his most recent trip?

i'd be worried about the pikes with those other fish!
Thanks. I'm not worried about the minuano. They are known to be peaceful (as far as pikes go), plus they stay on the small side. I don't think they can do much damage, even if they tried.

very nice fish, so different to me.. since i don't see these guys, beautiful tank...love how you take pics.. good to see you again....

Thanks a bunch Liz. Cichlids from Uruguay are quite unique. Nice to see you again too.
