About 2 weeks ago I acquired a used 90 gallon aquarium with a stand, glass lids and two marine land 350 filters. My main concern is how do I get it fully ready and set up since it was previously used as a saltwater tank and I'm trying to convert it to freshwater. I washed it with bleach and rinsed it out then I set it up last week. However It has been cycling without bio wheels for about a week now. Is there anything else I can do? I want to have it ready in the next few days since my spawn of jack dempseys is starting to overcrowd my 55.

There is no such thing as a saltwater tank or a freshwater tank. All you need to do is clean it well and scrape off any coraline algae or salt creep and you'll be ready to go.

Great advice Poppalina. If you had a sponge filter that you could move from the 55 to the 90 that would be best. Otherwise moving filter media, like Poppalina said, is advisable.

You just want the bb from an established sponge and then add more filtration ac110's are great or you can go with a canister
