Got this pump with my 500, decieded to save some cash and use it. I cleaned it up a bit inside and out but the cooling fan is pretty rusty and I couldn't get the cover off to try and clean it. It there anything I should do to "look over" this unit and refurbish it a bit or should I just plug and go? The pump still works and I have it hard lined into the 500 already. This is my first "dry" pump ive ever used, ill put up the specs here as im unsure what the GPH even is.
