Used saltwater to freshwater,cleaning tips?

Hi guys recently picked up a used saltwater tank and I'm going to be using it for freshwater,just wondering I'd there may be anything to watch out for to make sure there isn't anything harmful left in there.

I clean all used tanks with a solution of 3 parts white vinegar and 2 parts water to remove any build-up or residue and rinse it out a few times after its clean.

Thanks bud,so far I've cleaned it with washing up liquid and gave it loads of rinses.
