Users of the Eheim 2028, How is the flow rate?

I don't want to cough up $30 for a new impeller if i don't have to..

I have 2 on a 300 gal and the flow is prity good but they are better for biologycal not mecanical so im ading a fluval fx5 to the set.

i agree with yearwood. i have two on my 100 gal and the flow rate is just right. and the filter is the best for bio flitration, ima prob add another filter for mech. if i can get some money,

Eheim's are designed with a slow flow rate to attain a better biological filtration environment.
