Just wondering if anyone has had any experience using ammonia powder (ammonia bicarbonate) as an ammonia source to cycle their tank. I don't have access to pure ammonia in Singapore as it's a controlled product here, but I managed to pick up some ammonia powder at a bakery. Would appreciate any information as to how much powder to use to get ammonia up to about 4ppm in a 60 gallon tank and maybe what else I should take note of.
