I have a 60L ft tank with Cherry Shrimp, Endlers (Which have just had bubs), and 4 small LF BN's, I have some low light easy care plants in there, Im using Flourish atm and was going to use the Flourish Excel which is organic CO2 for them to feed off, Is it right to use with fish in the tank or do i use a half dosage or something? May be a stupid question but i'm new to the plant game and adding CO2 to the tank scares me a little, lol. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Just use the dosage on the bottle. I like excel, used it and got pretty good results before I switched over to pressurized co2. It's completely safe in recommended dosages IME.

There is a difference which jcardona will explain shortly
bottom line is that EXCEL has no bearing on fish respiration

You might consider DIY CO2 as an option instead of (or in addition to) the Excel. DIY CO2 thread: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=369690
It's pretty cheap and easy to set up and maintain, possibly cheaper than Excel too, in both the short term and long term. I used Excel on a small tank for several weeks with some success, but when I added DIY CO2 the difference it made was noticeable straight away.
