Because a bunker is a salt water species the threat of parasites is less than if it was a fresh water species (But not totally without danger).
It will be interesting to see if your fish eat it, because of its high oil content, many tropical fish don't like the oily types, and as esoxlucius said, it may leave an oily mess, or slick on the surface the tank.
I sometimes feed trimmings of salt water fish to my freshwater tank, but they are less oily types.
