Using Levamisole on young fish? Okay?

I am starting a small planted tank with community type fish and dwarf cichlids ect. I got the stock in and would like to treat using Levamisole.

My question is some of the cichlids are still juvenile fish. Like 1" starting to get some color ect. But they are small.

Is the levamisole safe for them? Anyone dose levamisole with fry or juvies?

I've dosed 2ppm levamisole on 3 month old 1-2" TL juvenile cichlids for 24 hours, and have not seen any issues.

If you don't mind me asking what kind of cichlids, just curious.
