Using Poland springs water?

Well my 117 is due for a wc.just my luck I have no water. A water main busted a few street down. I thought of going to the local river and taking some water but since I don't have a car that's near impossible. So I went to the supermarket a bought 8x 2.5 gallon jugs. Is it safe to boil that water and use it or can I just treat it with prime and do a wc?

i believe that just adding prime as long as it is just regular drinking water will do. not distilled water because there are no minerals in it that your fish needs.
