I started a new 90G tank the week after Christmas. I added Prime to the water and I do 25% to 30% water changes every four days. I have a FX5 filter with proper media.

My question is - should I be adding Prime every time I do my water change? It says it removes chlorine , detoxifies amonia, etc....

I don't know what made me think of it, but for some reason I think I should be adding Prime during water changes. Thanks!

yes, the only time chlorine is added to your tank is when new water is added...so it'd make sense to add prime everytime you add new water

Yes, removes chloramines and adds slime coat for the fish.
I have been doing this for 20 years, yes since I was a kid, and I changed my water last year like I do every week, 30% change and filled it with my python FORGOT to add prime and I lost a Discus and 3 Tetras!! I was boggled for a few days until I realized my fauxpa (sp?).
First time that had ever happened to me, so the answer is yes :)

No worries - that's why there are message boards and helpful people.
I felt like a moron for losing $90 worth of fish to something so simple :)
Comes with the territory - it's more heartbreaking if mistakes happen on the marine side...
