using riverstones as gravel for my tank, anybody think that will be a problem? 100gl

keep to a smaller river rock 3/8-3/4" stones and use larger pieces randomly placed that way you get the look and it will be easy to clean
 
I use gravel with a few clusters of stones, it make clean up much simpler and cushions the glass from impacts.
 
River rocks can work if they are shallow enough. Zero food gets left over since the gaps are large enough for my fish to shift through, just really depends on what fish are keeping as well....
