i've never tried it but this looks awesome! one question i have to ask, is that sweet tater held up with barbed wire?!

This plant is doing great under normal light n non poison. N for some Asians like my wife who is supertious about pothos being in the house.

now that my giggling has subsided. plants can reduse nitrates but not enof to change water change schedule, plants do great, long as roots never hit air. and we talking terrestrial plants here. jews, sweet potatoes, canes what ever. to actually have plants take care of nitrates you would need a large pond, with lotsa of what ever plants on a drip system to your tank.

Nothing better than water change, but plants can be decor, housing, hiding, n others.

N the more knowledge about aqua relat the better.
