using the youtube feature...

how do i use the youtube feature in posting?

i clicked the youtube button and get the {YT}{YT}.
i put the embeded link and get nothing.
put the direct url and get a youtube sized white box...
what am i doing wrong?

to post your own videos on youtube, yes you need an account.
to view or to post youtube videos here, no you don't need an account.

my original question had to do with posting the vids here, which in the editor to write these posts, there is a youtube button that you click and it give you "{YT}{/YT}" except the brackets are "[ ]"...
it doesn't tell you how to embed. so i just tryed the video ID of my youtube vids, and it works...
