Using up coldwater fish food on tropicals.

Well i'm moving some coldwater fish on, and then changing the tank back to tropical, i've got a tub of NishiKoi growth food that is almost full. I wondered if when my colwater fish have gon ewould this food be suitable for my tropical fish to use it it up? Has anybody fed coldwater fish to tropicals before.

depends on the brand of koi food...what brand of koi food and what size

i dont think it will have that big of an effect on the tropicals.
