My water is going through a wet/dry with 3 return lines. One line will split go to a UV filter while the other two return lines go to the tank. I was planning on the third line with the UV going to the tank but I have seen set ups where the UV line feeds back into the wet/dry is there a reason for that? (I ask b/c my UV came with out instructions < and all over the F-in' thing it says "read the insturctions first" in like 5 languages) :WTF:

And that is the question, should my UV water go up to the tank or dump into the wet dry?

it will work either way

Is there any specific reason for feeding it back into the wet/dry?
or does it have any benefit?

No, since it just came from the filter theoretically it's clean water...nothing to re-filter (anything the UV killed was already small enough to pass thru the filter so it wouldn't catch it a second time around).

Run it to the tank. Check the flow rate for proper dwell time too.

I could'nt see any benefit either but since I had seen a few set ups that way I just wanted to make sure there wasnt something I was unaware of.

Thanks to both.
